Meeting point
The MEETING POINT is at My Top Tour Tickets Office: Cuesta de Gomérez nº41. Do not follow the instructions you find on Google Maps if you are at the main entrance of the Alhambra. You have to go down the Cuesta de Gomérez. The fastest route to the meeting point is NOT through the Chinese slope as indicated by google maps.

General information
- It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID as they may require it at any of the entrances to the monument.
- You must show up 30 minutes before the start at the meeting point.
- Children must carry a ticket to be able to access the monument, so it is necessary to include them in the reservation.
- The itinerary for wheelchair users does not provide access to certain areas of the monument.
- The reserved time does not correspond to the entrance to the Nasrid Palaces, the visit can start at the Alcazaba or Generalife.
