General information
- Before making the payment, please reconfirm that the information provided (name, surname, ID number, language...) is correct, as if it is not, you will be refused entry to the monument.
- It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID as they may require it at any of the entrances to the monument.
- You must show up 30 minutes before the start at the meeting point.
- At the time you pick up your audio guide device, you must leave a deposit of 50 euros as a guarantee. Said deposit will be returned to you once the device is delivered, after verifying that it is in perfect condition.
- Children must carry a ticket to be able to access the monument, so it is necessary to include them in the reservation.
- The itinerary for wheelchair users does not provide access to certain areas of the monument.
- The reserved time does not correspond to the entrance to the Nasrid Palaces, the visit can start at the Alcazaba or Generalife.
- The visit time ranges from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the option chosen (with or without palaces).
- Please note that only the ticket types available for the selected date and time are displayed. We recommend carefully reading the information displayed during your reservation process.
- On certain occasions you will only be given the option to book the visit that DOES NOT include access to the Nasrid Palaces. This is due to the high demand and the reduced availability of the complete visit (with Nasrid Palaces). That is why we always recommend booking well in advance.

- From the moment the reservation is made, it cannot be changed or canceled and you will not receive any refund.
