- It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID as they may require it at any of the entrances to the monument.
- You must show up 15 minutes before the start at the meeting point.
- Children must carry a ticket to be able to access the monument, so it is necessary to include them in the reservation.
- The itinerary for wheelchair users does not provide access to certain areas of the monument.
- Our Tours are not bilingual. They are always developed entirely in the selected language.
- This tour is only available in Spanish and English.
- The Palace of Carlos V may be closed some days for organizational reasons of the Board of the Alhambra or for events such as the International Music and Dance Festival. In this case, the client is offered the option of visiting it at no additional cost when leaving the daytime visit.
- The tour requires a minimum group of 6 participants to take place. If the minimum number is not reached, they will be given an audio guide and the difference will be refunded.
