Meeting point

The MEETING POINT is at the MY TOP TOUR Tickets Office: Paseo de la Sabica No. 32, next to the Hotel Guadalupe. The guide will give you your tickets at the meeting point, just before the guided tour begins.

General information

  • Before making the payment, please double-check that the information you provided (first name, last name, ID number, language, etc.) is correct, as you will be denied entry to the monument if it is not.
  • It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card as it may be required at one of the entrances to the monument.
  • You must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start.
  • ATTENTION: For safety reasons, the Alcazaba will remain closed to the public until further notice.
  • Children must carry a ticket to access the monument, so it is necessary to include them in the reservation.
  • The tour for wheelchair users does not access certain areas of the monument.
  • The reserved time does not correspond to the entrance to the Nasrid Palaces, the visit can start with the Alcazaba or Generalife.
  • Our tours are not bilingual. They are always conducted entirely in the selected language.
  • The tour lasts between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the option chosen (with or without palaces).
  • The tour requires a minimum group size of 6 participants. If the minimum number is not reached, an audioguide will be provided and the difference will be refunded.
  • Please note that only ticket types available for the selected date and time are displayed. We recommend that you carefully read the information displayed during the booking process.
  • If you book the 10:30 a.m. guided tour, please note that the departure time may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.
  • On certain occasions, you will only be given the option to book the tour that does NOT include access to the Nasrid Palaces. This is due to high demand and limited availability for the full tour (including the Nasrid Palaces). That is why we always recommend booking well in advance.
  • Please check your spam or promotions folder, especially if you use Hotmail, Outlook, or Yahoo.
  • If you choose the waitlist option:
    • If you choose this option you will be put on a waiting list in case of cancellations or last minute availability of tickets.
    • Our confirmation rate is 96%.
    • The deadline for confirmation is 8 hours before the time of your visit.
    • If the tickets are not confirmed, the amount paid will be unblocked and you will receive a full refund.
    • The time of access to the Nasrid Palaces (if you choose this option) will be confirmed by email upon availability. Remember that the access schedules are: from 10/15 to 03/31 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and from 04/01 to 10/14 from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm.
    • If you wish to remove yourself from the waiting list, you may send an email requesting this to soporte@alandalustours.es by 8:00 p.m. on the day before your visit.
  • If you choose the 9:30 p.m. tour (night tour), please note that the tour includes only the Nasrid Palaces and the Palace of Charles V. It does not cover the entire Alhambra complex.
  • From the moment the reservation request is made, it cannot be changed or cancelled, and you will not receive any refund.
