General information

All the visits of this combined activity take place on the same day you choose when booking. You will be able to access the Alhambra complex within the general opening hours of the monument and you must access the Nasrid Palaces during the time slot specified on the ticket.

  • Alhambra Complex: 8:30-18:00 (winter) and 8:30-20:00 (summer)
  • Palacios Nazaríes: 16:00-17:00 (reserved access with assigned time)

Visit to the Alhambra

  • Before paying, please confirm that your information (name, ID, language…) is correct, otherwise you will not be able to enter.
  • It is mandatory to carry a valid passport or ID card at all entrances.
  • ATTENTION: For safety reasons, the Alcazaba will remain closed to the public until further notice.
  • Children require a ticket and must be included in the reservation; however, children under 5 years of age do not include an audioguide.
  • We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the chosen time.
  • A deposit of 50 € is required to collect the audioguide, which is refundable upon return in good condition.
  • The wheelchair tour does not reach all spaces.
  • Only tickets available on the chosen date and time are shown; during the booking process, the accesses included are detailed.
  • Depending on the date and high demand, it may only be possible to reserve access without Palacios Nazaríes; we recommend booking in advance.

Panoramic Tour of Granada

  • The bus follows a fixed itinerary; you will only be able to get on and off at the established stops and together with the guide.
  • Not all stops are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • The tour requires a minimum of 8 participants to take place.
  • The route may be modified due to operational management or force majeure.
  • The tour is conducted in the selected language, subject to availability; in these cases it will be conducted simultaneously in Spanish and English.
  • From the moment the reservation request is made, it cannot be changed or cancelled, and you will not receive any refund.
