General information
- Before making the payment, please reconfirm that the information provided (name, surname, ID number, language...) is correct, as if it is not, you will be refused entry to the monument.
- It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID as they may require it at any of the entrances to the monument.
- You must show up 30 minutes before the start at the meeting point.
- At the time you pick up your audio guide device, you must leave a deposit of 50 euros as a guarantee. Said deposit will be returned to you once the device is delivered, after verifying that it is in perfect condition.
- The itinerary for wheelchair users does not provide access to certain areas of the monument.
- Children must carry a ticket to be able to access the monument, so it is necessary to include them in the reservation.
- The reserved time does not correspond to the entrance to the Nasrid Palaces, the visit can start at the Alcazaba or Generalife.
